Farewell Dolly. The bible for so many young women, with its infamous dolly doctor, advice on make-up, careers, and fashion, not to mention how many famous faces were launched on it's cover, has come to an end in print form. Former editor Mia Freedman, "I wanted the magazine to make a strong stand against the idea of valuing teenage girls purely for the way they look."
