THE ESSENCE OF ME.: Introducing Essence Moseley @fromessence an analog photographer from our hometown of Los Angeles! Essence picked up photography two years ago and enjoys the medium because she's able to storytell through it and create her own world. She loves photographing her friends and she hopes to inspire young Black girls through her work. Films from the 1960s and 1970s are a big inspiration to her, and she finds empowerment through photography & fashion because they remind her of the gift she has to bring an idea to fruition. And why ME.? She likes how we encourage everyone to remain authentic to themselves and embrace outfits that make our wearers feel good.
