let me tell you about this man. 6 years ago he sat at a desk, but longed to get moving again. if you have been to @mendphysio early in the morning, chances are you have seen him here busting his butt. we have trained everything, we have gone through ups and downs, lefts and rights, but he never quit...and he just loved to run. i woke up early on Sunday to check up on him, and guess what?!? he's officially a #bostonqualifier ??? ...i am so inspired by this man's dedication and grit, he's also the reason that I started running ? so congrats to the max!!! we are all so pumped for you!!! #exerciseismedicine #running #youdidthat #perserverance
