Amazing class, a mix of Vinyasa and Ashtanga, really nice way to start the day and the week, with the most incredible teacher who is sadly leaving ? yoga_flower please don’t go! .
I wore my new michi_ny and you know what?.... I did just wear the crop top and leggings, nothing over it as I usually would and even though there are mirrors everywhere ( so you can check your postures ) I could sometimes see and feel the odd roll here and there around my middle, and I did not care one bit! Zero ego, massive love and respect for myself for getting to the early class and above all self acceptance. ??❤️
