"When my whole world turned upside down so did I. I changed my perspective and went with what had to be done. I had to focus on me! Not my chosen way to do things but it’s what life gave me so I’m gonna take this time to learn as much as I can from my experience.
Today I wasn’t able to hang upside down or barely walk/shuffle at a decent pace but I know my body and it’s amazing and it’s already starting to perk up a little can’t wait to be able to walk normal tmr and maybe do a push up without falling on my face.
Be grateful for what u got everyone it’s the little things u can achieve everyday that make life great!
