Our Female Founder and Creative Director, Michelle Watson, solely founded and funded MICHI in her tiny NYC apartment with sweat, scrappiness and only some small savings. With grit, confidence and courage she continues to lead alongside a dynamic team of other badass females. Today the MICHI Team is almost entirely female and our main factory in Canada is female owned and led.⠀
