I feel so vulnerable speaking MY TRUTH but this flow is an expression from my heart 🙏 My personal experience of evolution has been a beautiful awe inspiring rollercoaster yet at times an overwhelming experience! Rather than continue running from my past as I did in my 20’s, 30’s , my 40’s have allowed me to fully embrace it, allowing me love without hesitation to truly live every present moment these past near 17 yrs (even the darkest moments!), fully throwing myself head first with as much enthusiasm as I did travelling the world in my misspent youth however with an even bigger leap of faith looking to my future. This yoga flow & this song is dedicated to that & all of us women (and men) fully expressing an older version of ourselves! Finally I have found the true love, my home in the world, fulfilment & the opportunity to finally achieve my childhood dreams . I never aspired to have a modelling career or ‘fame’ as a child , it happened by luck & genetics originally (and a bucket load of guts & hard work!) however fashion & design, creating, were always my first love. Many moons & lifetimes since, majority amazing ups & some crazy apocalyptic downs , today I say thanks & gratitude to see the full completion of the circle of my life ,may it continue spinning as does the sun revolves around the planet we call home!
Thankyou firstly to the love of my life who told me he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me not only for who I am but who I have been since 18( it took me the past years to fully understand this!) my husband kazbalinski , I love you so much for all your love , patience & above all being my best friend!
