Day 2 of set up and the shop is ready for our soft opening tomorrow, then the GRAND OPENING on Sunday from 12p-2p. ✨
With Rachel’s great help (this woman is amazing), we filled the store with Mien Studios, but also with goods by maker friends we adore. Mien will graduate tomorrow from a home-grown, home-based business to one with a brick and mortar, complete with cobblestone paved sidewalk and the beach just steps away. ☀️
My husband took the day off to help (he put the sign up and made many trips moving things from home to shop.) Then he brought our son over near the end of the day. Today was their first time stepping into the store that will be our second home for the next year. We’re looking forward to this new adventure together. ♥️
