I wanted to take a nice photo today at two weeks postpartum to post here and this is the best we all could do. My 4-year-old was upset I wouldn’t let him cut any more leaves off his grandparents’ prized fruit trees. The new baby is going on day 4 of her feeding/napping growth spurt and the toll of it is clearly showing on my face - BUT today is a good day, I have much to be thankful for, even with all that is happening around us. 🙏Thinking of all of you who are taking care of loved ones, working, home-schooling, cooking, cleaning, and just surviving during these unprecedented times. We’ll make it on the other side.
