Last night, I felt like the ~ luckiest girl alive ~ to be at the premiere for Luckiest Girl Alive, netflix's new movie adapted from jessicaknollauthor's incredible book. I read it the week it came out in 2015, the same week my internship at cosmopolitan ended, I graduated from college, and I started writing my own first novel. The book gave me chills — I loved it. The author had been an editor at Cosmo, and I remember thinking, huh, if she can be an editor and an author, maybe I can, too.
The movie is phenomenal. Mila Kunis is absurdly good in it. It'll be out on October 7.
A million thanks to booksparks for the invitation, milly for the dress, and lexi___williams for being my stage mom. I also want to thank my stylist kmulvs for making this look happen. (Kidding but not.) It was a fabulous night!
