I had the previous Mobnetic Maxx with the magnetic plate stuck on my phone case. That was the best phone mount system I had used, but the one downside was I didn’t care for the appearance of the plate on the case. This MagSafe model improves on that by using the integrated magnet inside MagSafe cases. Holds just as strong and it mounts to the middle of the phone case instead of towards the bottom like the older Mobnetic Maxx, so it ends up blocking less of your view. Was also able to continue using the previous magnetic disc on my dash which is a plus, and the versatility of being able to take the mount off and use it somewhere else with another magnetic disc is unmatched. Would absolutely recommend.
