Well it came in a box, inside the box it was fully invaded in plastic to protect it, however there was plastic under the plastic secured to the fabric with stretch type plastic. Dust that had collected in this plastic was smash into the fabric, they set up cleaning and the cleaner found a rip from shipping! Modloft is replacing it but I have to wait another 6-8 weeks. Overall it's comfortable, wrinkles easily, chase could be a few inches longer!
