We bought the armless chair as an accent for the master bedroom and the delivery went very well. The gentlemen called 30 minutes prior to delivering and they took off shoes, wore face masks, and brought the chair right up to the room for us. The quality of this piece is excellent and it is also comfortable. We have to return the chair due to the color as I thought it was pure white. It doesn’t exactly match the rest of the furniture in the space, but it looks very nice on its own. Customer service has been wonderful and we would buy this again if it was made in bright white.
