“I’m a Mediterranean woman who feels a strong connection with the sea. Since my first steps got into the salty water, I’ve never been scared of the immensity of the big blue. It wasn’t until my 20’s that I discovered that diving is such an amazing adventure. . When you get into the sea with the heaviest diving equipment, no matter if your back is hurting af, this is worth it. Let the air out of your jacket, starting to go deeper, watching the surface above your head. Feeling your oxygen tank is your life, every breath you take into the deep makes you feel calm. . Your knees are touching the bottom of the sea and sealife starts passing in front of your eyes. I’ve seen thousands of fishes swimming together to the same direction, I’ve passed through a jellyfish forest and not been hurt for them. Funny creations of nature swimming in peace like the box fish, the parrot fish, the clown fish (Nemo) or stingrays. Just admiring how beautiful life is under the surface, you realize is like another dimension you can’t understand if you don’t live it. . I am a #womanofthewater because diving let’s me be for few minutes part of the marine life. Right now , on my 23, I discovered surf ??‍♀️. I learned wave by wave how powerful is the ocean. But the most important I learned surfing, is how strong I’m and how capable of doing anything I purpose I’m flowing on the surface of the ocean is just magic. . That’s why I’m a #womanofthewater because sea gives me power and keeps me alive.“ - @goliveexperience Go check out our story highlights to learn how to share your story and enter to win an amazing prize package!
