Christmas is about family, and how unique everyone’s family is. We love that @wellettas little one Archie has such a strong bond with the animals in the family - they are his protectors. By embracing nature & animals a very special type of family bond is created. We spoke to Elizabeth about how they spend the holidays. "I remember one year when I was a little kid, my sister and I snuck downstairs and started opening up all our presents before our parents got up. I have no idea what possessed us to do that, but I do remember feeling horrible after doing so. The gifts were great but it wasn't any fun opening them without our entire family there to share in the experience. Thankfully, I realized then that Christmas is about being with FAMILY and not about the presents!
I absolutely love baking Christmas goodies with my kids. Every year we choose a variety of cookies and squares etc. that we want to make over the course of December. We jointly bake and decorate a large variety of goodies together then package them up prettily and give them to family and friends as gifts from the kids. We have so much doing this every year and Christmas just wouldn't be the same if we didn't! This is the greatest gift I could ask for at Christmas :) "
