This year we will be staying at home in Alaska for the holidays. This is my favorite time of year and I can’t wait to experience it with my son now that he’s a little bit older. We had a beautiful white Thanksgiving so now I am over here crossing my fingers for a white Christmas! ?Every Christmas Eve we will open the box as a family (who doesn’t love to open presents early, right?) and inside will be a cookie recipe for us to bake that night for Santa, some sort of board game we can all play together, a little toy for the kids, and maybe some hot cocoa packets or something. I’m really excited about it!
The one moment I'm looking forward to is waking up Christmas morning and watching Hudson run out to the tree to find a bundle of balloons ? He has been eyeing them at the grocery store and wants one so bad so I plan on surprising him with a bunch on Christmas morning.
