Here is a play for the development of neck muscles for your little one! You can play it from the first month: • When she is lying on her back, if you lift up one of her arms while opening the other to the side, she will turn her head that way. • Talk to her from the side she is not looking at. Touch her body from that side or use a toy that makes a noise.
This play will help her turn her head to both sides. Be careful not to force her."
