Being a mother and working is often more difficult than it should be - finding work that's flexible around childcare can sometimes feel impossible. The #WorkThatWorks report has stated that an astonishing 2.6million mums are not working in the UK. Some are through choice, but others are due to there being a lack of flexible working opportunities. The figures show 6 in 10 mums don't have access to flexible working at their current job or ones available... We believe that all women are strong & can achieve great success given the chance. We support the cause to ensure organisations make sure mums (and dads too) are able to work flexibly so they can work but also spend quality time with their children, because after all, family is the most important, but we all need to support our families. ?
