You can read all the books, articles and advice that you want online but as soon as you're left on your own with that tiny human, all the knowledge seems to flow away. You suddenly feel like you've lost all sense, and can't deal with being left with such a huge responsibility. But somehow you manage to do everything you need to in order to keep them alive and happy, and you realise that being a mother does come naturally and is so wonderful.
