KITCHEN REVEAL!!
When we bought this house, we knew we could see past the dingy kitchen that was original to the 70s and create something that was just as functional as it was beautiful. Intertwined in this reno were a bunch of new-to-us projects that truly tested our DIY skills and helped develop our quality of craftsmanship. From the flooring installation to the arched vent hood alcove to the “from-scratch” fluted cabinet, the sheer scale of this project as a whole was really a labor of love. Our goal here was to take our time, focus on the details, and make sure every inch of this kitchen was a reflection of the people who used it. What was once dark and claustrophobic is now a fresh, modern space and it blows my mind to be able to say, “we made this”.
