Yesterday was the International @DayOfTheGirl. In the Central African Republic, girls are often tasked with collecting water for their families. This exhausting, yet necessary task can consist of an entire day spent walking far distances. Thanks to your support, and our partner @water_for_good, things are changing in a big way for these resilient young women! With new water wells being drilled closer to homes and schools, girls can spend less time collecting water, and more time receiving an education.⠀
