"In its simplest form, moxie means courage or determination, but with force.” On June 15th of this year, Derek Lavender’s life changed forever. A motorcycle accident during his daily commute has left him with an extremely slim chance of ever walking again. With medical bills mounting, friends of Derek and his wife Leanne approached MudLOVE with the desire to help. Moxie is the word that defines this campaign, and one that will define Derek’s courageous journey toward the next stages of life.
