David Degner (@degnerd) didn’t need to travel far to find an artful moment in the middle of Cairo. “This is a pretty normal street scene in my neighborhood: cars, people and clothes hanging to dry,” says the photojournalist, who is based in Egypt. “Usually there are more cars.”
