Weekend Hashtag Project: #WHPshadowplay
The goal this weekend is to capture creative photos and videos that feature strong shadows. Some tips to get you started:
When composing your shot, tap on the brightest part of the screen to set the exposure. This will give you the deepest, most dramatic shadows. Next, remember that shadows can add unexpected shapes to any setting. Whether in the office, at home or out in nature, wait for bright sunlight and look to see how the shadows fall. Finally, you don’t need to look any further than your windows to find inspiration. Sunlight streaming through window blinds creates particularly photogenic stripes.
PROJECT RULES: Please only add the #WHPshadowplay hashtag to photos taken over this weekend and only submit your own photographs to the project. Any tagged image taken over the weekend is eligible to be featured Monday morning.
