Just a few months after creating her Instagram account, Ida (@idafrosk) posted a photo of a work of food art she’d created on a whim—a bear and fox toast—and the positive feedback was immediate. Ida's creations draw inspiration from everyday events, ingredient combinations she has available at her home in Oslo, and funny wordplay she comes across. “I usually decide what I want to eat, then associate freely from that with whatever ingredients I have at hand.
