On this International Women's Day we'd like to honor a woman who’s very special to the MUN family. Nabila Benomar has been a lifelong champion of women in Morocco. Her many contributions date back to being the founder of a baking co-op that taught women to make and sell their own pastries, and she currently fights for women's rights as a Member of Parliament. She also happens to be with us right now in NYC attending the annual UN Commission on the Status of Women. And, as the mother of MUN co-founder @anassaidi_ we are especially grateful for her today!
