Eli is one of the fastest dirt bike racers on the planet, period. His inconsistency has been his Achilles heel for too many seasons, but no can deny the speed this guy has. The argument could certainly (and most likely will) be made for him to be higher up the list, but for us, he sits comfortably at #5.
