Was awesome to have Mick from @livinorg drop by MXstore HQ to deliver the LIVIN Mental Health Awareness and Stigma Reduction presentation with some of our team 🙌🏼😃 It's a very powerful program with an aim to break the stigma of mental health, enhance self-efficacy (both helping yourself and helping others) and encourage help-seeking.
