Rear-Brake Control brought to you by @lr110_elite_motocross_training 🔥
💥 1: Reposition your foot forward on the footpeg. With
your toes pointed in allow toes to make contact with
the rear brake pedal. Point your Foot towards the
ground, while applying suitable weight against your
rear brake allowing you to feel the motion of the bike to
begin slowing down. (Avoid Skidding - IMPORTANT)
💥 2: Apply a slight bend of your knees with a tight
squeeze against the motorcycle. This produces lower
Limb Strength to help keep control of the rear of the
motorcycle during technical track conditions.
💥 3: Buttock is positioned to the rear of the motorcycle to
produce increased weight & control over the rear end.
This will help to prevent a rear end buck/kick
movement when approaching tough conditions.
💥 4: Chin positioned in line with your handlebars, weight
distribution over the front half of the motorcycle, vision
of 3m minimum.
💥 5: Elbows up, Prevent restricted airflow & enhance
upper body strength & control over the front half of
your motorcycle.
