Jumping Take-Off 💨
🔥1: Balls of your feet/Toes tucked in, relax and allow a natural flexion movement of your ankle joint with
impact.
🔥2: Apply a slight bend of your knee's (avoid knee lock out) with a tight squeeze against the motorcycle. This produces lower Limb Strength to help keep control of the rear of the motorcycle during takeoff.
🔥3: Chin positioned in line with your handle bars, weight distribution over the front half of the motorcycle, vision
of 3m minimum.
🔥4: Posterior Pelvic tilt, Applying core stability + Correction of your posture.
🔥5: Buttock is positioned to the rear of the motorcycle to produce increased weight & control over the back half of the motorcycle. This will help to prevent a rear end buck/kick movement when approaching deteriorated ramps.
