So I have this rule for my closet and personal collection, that if I keep or buy a new vintage piece, I then have to let go of something. It's a one-for-one policy that helps manage my small closet space and my tendency to get sentimentally attached to things.
I've had this dress in my closet for over 10 years. It was originally my mentor Masha's from @garment_modern's and I scooped it up the moment she decided to pass it on. It's traveled with me across 3 states and had many a fun adventures. It was a difficult one to let go bc it's comfortable and super fun but I haven't worn it in over a year (because I'm honestly a smidge to short for it and no longer wear platforms) and now it's waiting for the perfect home.
I love styling it with a leather moto jacket and boots for Fall or even with a turtleneck under and belted. It's surprisingly versatile!
