You might’ve heard, we just launched our first ever in-store cafe at our flagship in The Chanakya. #NicoCaara comes to you in collaboration with @caarafood with a menu whose focus is seasonal produce and local ingredients.
Of course we recommend you just go, but we’re also bringing a little of this goodness home, combating peak summer with a refreshing and super-light (plus very wholesome) salad that’ll leave you with a spring in your step. The addition of soothing and fresh mint doesn’t hurt either.
