The moon mightn’t be full any more, but our glasses certainly are. Tankha, the bartender @perchindelhi (seen here in our favourite apron) whipped up this recipe for us, and we filled our glasses with it at the full moon, but it was so good we’re reprising it for the weekend. Tart, pearlescent, intense, and perfect for gazing skywards.⠀
