Before I could't see myself as whole. I just saw my details, my little pieces and body parts separately. When I learned to see myself as whole, my soul, mind and body together, it was easier to accept myself fully. Because we all have our strenghts and weaknesses, we have to see ourselves as whole, not just those parts that are hard to accept. ❤️ We all are different, we all have different issues, backgrounds and reasons... But we have a lot in common too and I think we are actually a lot alike. I asked yesterday: "What is stopping you from loving yourself fully?" It was touching to read your feelings. Here are some of your answers: ❤️ Thought that I should be more Fear Comparing myself with others Negativity Laziness Being over-critical of my progress Other people not loving me Perfectionism I don't have education and I live with my parents at the age of 37 Shame My failure My mistakes My calves My small breasts A lack of desire to improve Procrastination Fear that I'm not really the person what I think Self-doubt Self-criticism Illness, fatique and pain Believing that I can do better then how am I doing now Thinking always others My family ganging up on me & my life choiches All my loved ones objectives about me Anxiety and the hardness of accept it is part of me NOTHING ❤ I really hope that everyone of you one day can answer the last one. ❤️
