Before I could't see myself as whole. I just saw my details, my little pieces and body parts separately. When I learned to see myself as whole, my soul, mind and body together, it was easier to accept myself fully. Because we all have our strenghts and weaknesses, we have to see ourselves as whole, not just those parts that are hard to accept.
