Of course, pumpkins aren’t just for Halloween 🎃
But with their catering & restaurant orders dropping sharply off by ~50% after the 31st of October, farmers in Gloucestershire found themselves with a bountiful harvest of blade pumpkins at risk of going to waste in the fields.
However, thanks to you - our amazing community - we were able to rescue these very pumpkins which you see above, all of which we're sure will be turned into a whole host of tasty recipes!
