This week’s surplus celery has been freshly rescued from the South-East coast of Spain. 🌱
As with much of the fruit & veg rescued in the past few months, this week’s celery has been affected by the lack of demand from the restaurant industry, and as a result was at risk of going to waste (most likely by being ploughed back into the fields!).
