besides the gorgeous colours and comfy af styles, there's a complex science behind our period pants that makes them one of a kind. we've been working on these babies for 18 months now, teaming up with expert textile engineers, technical apparel designers and a world-class lingerie designer to ensure our period pants are your most trustworthy (and most comfortable) pair of pants in your drawer.

so... let's get technical:
1️⃣ our period pants use a cutting-edge triple layer technology [three is a magic number after all], meaning they can securely hold 15ml of period blood [the equivalent of two regular tampons], while keeping you absolutely fresh 'n dry. despite this, the absorbent layer remainds super thin, flexible and comfy, meaning you can go about your day as normal.

2️⃣ no. our period pants don't smell. they're created with a specialised antimicrobial layer and treated with an odour-eliminating finish to ensure that they remain fresh as hell throughout the entire day.

3️⃣ the main fabric used in our period pants is modal, a luxuriously soft material derived from the pulp of beech trees. modal is up to 50% more absorbent than cotton and uses 20x less water to produce. we live for fusing science and comfort with loving our planet.
