period stigma and shame is still rife in 2021, with a lot of bleeders forced to stay silent about any period issues they're having, or feeling ashamed or embarrassed of leaks or things that naturally occur when you're on your period. we're here to smash through that ceiling, and embrace the period conversation - it's time to stop shutting it out, and full embrace our beautiful bleeding bodies 🥰
