so, ever wondered why you sometimes may get an itchy vagina or vulva?
๐ firstly - don't panic! vaginal and vulval itchiness is usually a sign of mild irritation, and nothing big and scary.
๐ there's a lot of things that can irritate you, including fragrances, soaps, underwear, chemical filled tampons [ahem], toilet paper and more. it's always a good idea to eliminate these things in your routine before heading to the doctor, and seeing if this makes a difference.
๐ it could be thrush, which is an incredibly common yeast infection most of us will encounter in our lives. head to your local GP or pharmacist for an antifungal cream or medication and you'll be right as rain!
