let's talk about sex, baby. 💦
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
your sexual health is a top priority, and we know that society has often led us all to believe that these conversations should be kept hush hush, often leading to shame and stigmas surrounding STIs, sexual wellness, and especially female pleasure. today on world sexual health day, we're here to say a big fat SEE YA 👋👋👋 to these archaic views, and embracing sexual health and wellness in all its forms. ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
here are some of our top tips for looking after your sexual health:
🩸 get regular STI check ups. not only does this give you peace of mind, it's also a responsible way of ensuring you're having safe sex with your partners. it's free, and you can even get it delivered to your door so you don't have to go to a clinic. simple!
🩸get sexually vocal [and we're not just talking about in the bedroom]. when you're with a partner, try to feel confident in telling them exactly what you like, what you want, what you don't like, and make sure you set your boundaries with them. this will provide a much safer, pleasurable experience.
🩸practice sexual wellness. this can be anything from masturbation and taking time out to love yourself without the need of a partner, to working out new positions with a partner. just remember the golden rule - consent is key.
