ovulation occurs in the middle of your cycle [right after your period] and it's when your body is doing its baby-making dance. it normally occurs on day 14 of your cycle, and it's when a mature egg is released from from ovary, making its way down the fallopian tube, where it can be fertilised. if you're in a 28 day cycle, ovulation tends to occur around day 14-18, and is when you're at your more fertile.

when you're ovulating, your body might like to send you a few reminders just to let you know. these could include slight cramps, thinner, clearer discharge, and an increased sex drive.
