we've all heard the term 'ovulation', but thanks to shoddy sex ed classes, many of us don't truly know what it means... but don't worry babe, we're here to give you the sex ed class you never got, but deserved 🧡🧡🧡 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ovulation occurs in the middle of your cycle [right after your period] and it's when your body is doing its baby-making dance. it normally occurs on day 14 of your cycle, and it's when a mature egg is released from from ovary, making its way down the fallopian tube, where it can be fertilised. if you're in a 28 day cycle, ovulation tends to occur around day 14-18, and is when you're at your more fertile. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ when you're ovulating, your body might like to send you a few reminders just to let you know. these could include slight cramps, thinner, clearer discharge, and an increased sex drive. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ how do you feel when you're ovulating? 🌻
