🌻 let's talk cycle tracking 🌻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ we've all been there - feeling moody AF for days, crying at our 'sad songs' playlist on spotify, wondering why we feel this way... then our period comes along three days later and it all makes sense. but wouldn't life be that little bit easier if we knew what to expect? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ enter: cycle tracking. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ tracking your monthly cycle can bring so much clarity to all areas of your life. your sleep schedule, your work life, exercise, sex drive, and of course, monitoring when to expect your period. it can be a fantastic way of getting to know yourself a little better, and an empowering source of knowledge allowing you to take care of yourself and set realistic expectations every day. so, how do you get into cycle tracking? 🟠 try to start monitoring from the first day of your period, that way you can truly monitor your whole cycle. 🟠 write down every day your mood, period symptoms, sex drive, food cravings, if you're bloated/not bloated... everything you're feeling that day. it doesn't need to be an essay, just a few bullet points for you to refer back to! 🟠 use an app. there are so many apps out there that can assist with cycle tracking, and can send reminders for you to pop it in every day... 🟠... or, treat yourself to a brand new notebook to log your cycle. new stationery makes everything better. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ are you a cycle tracking beginner, or do you log your cycle every day? let us know in the comments!
