a reminder to be kind to yourself over the festive period. you do not have to achieve anything incredible. you do not have to exercise. you do not have to feel bad if you eat a whole box of quality street. you do not have to feel guilty for enjoying yourself. this year has been tough enough without the constant pressure of 'perfection' being thrust upon you as you decide on whether having the extra slice of christmas cake. [which, btw, you should definitely, definitely have]

you are perfect the way you are, and you deserve a rest. you are worth more than you give yourself credit for, and deserve to relax and enjoy all the food at the god damn table. so remember to love yourself this week - you are f*cking excellent. 🪐
