society has made it taboo to tell anyone you're bleeding, and in turn made those with periods feel ashamed or embarrassed if they need to head out stat to change a tampon, or have a day in bed to fight off cramps. it's time we change that narrative, and proudly stand up with our iconic orange pouches and tell people brb i'm bleeding...and i'm f*cking proud 🎇
