I have lost count of the number of bathroom floors I have had to lie down on during an endo flare. Offices, restaurants, bars, gyms - sometimes, it was the only thing that would ease my excruciating pain. It took me ten years to be diagnosed with endometriosis. I found the diagnosis a relief but also incredibly overwhelming - what should I eat? what can I do to stop this getting worse? I felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders. I knew there were certain ingredients out there which were good for endo, but had NO IDEA how to start implementing them into my diet. I was lucky enough to be one of the first testers of Wild Nutrition’s Endo Complex in September and in all honesty, they have been life-changing for me. I have noticed physical health improvements, alongside a relief that I am at least doing something to manage my endometriosis every day. As I have heavy periods, I often struggled with dizziness due to my low iron levels and I never took my iron on time. I now don’t have to supplement with iron pills and do not suffer with monthly dizziness. On top of that, I have noticed a significant reduction in my period pain (now only one day a month) and actually, my mood - I feel much more like myself again during my period. Oh, and for someone who is so forgetful, it is so fab that you take three capsules in one go (with or without food), so I do it in the morning when I wake up. I feel like this supplement was my first step into doing something for my condition. Char x
