A huge thank you to those who shared love on my post about my nasty endometriosis flare-up and hospital visit last week 🤍
As mentioned, I have the coil and it worked almost instantly - meaning, I made little change to my diet or lifestyle.
But after this flare-up, I really am committed to doing what I can naturally to reduce inflammation in my body. And so, this is what I am using to help me on that journey:
- Taking Control of Your Endometriosis by Henrietta Norton book - as a sufferer of endometriosis and a qualified nutritional therapist herself, this book is magical. Henrietta gives so 👏🏼 many 👏🏼 ideas for easy diet and lifestyle changes that you can make tomorrow
- Endometriosis Complex by Wild Nutrition - contains vitamin E, vitamin B6, magnesium, iron, zinc... everything I knew I needed and my iron levels have never felt better
- KSM-66 Ashwagandha Plus by Wild Nutrition - it’s fairly stressful getting a flare-up out of the blue, and so I have been taking a potent ashwagandha extract to help alleviate any feelings of stress/anxiety
- Calm Patches by Ross J. Barr - for those that know me, I religiously carry these around with me everywhere. Using traditional Chinese Medicine, they are fast-acting stress relief patches that you put on your temples
- It’s the Balm by ohne - a pain balm that soothes muscles, aches and pains, which genuinely smells like Terry’s Chocolate Orange
- Yin & Tonic - I haven’t tried this YET, but it is on my list to just before my next period as it contains cramp bark, recommended for endo pain in Henrietta’s book. I’ll report back
All of this is stocked at ohne - I do feel really lucky to work somewhere which provides support and products for people with endo... as there really isn’t much out there.

Also if you have any tips please share them in the comments I would really appreciate them.
