Usually at a workout class, people are feeling judgmental of both themselves and of others. We brought @erin_rose_ward in to guide our Rooftop Movement + Meditation class because she deactivates that unhealthy competition and sets the stage for a pure release. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This was by far one of the most magical days of our Grand Central Market pop up and we will definitely be bringing more events like this to the world as we grow.
