Here she is - my “authentic space” and where all of the magic happens. I actually love stitching in my little office and I’d say 90% of my work is done in here. I like that I can make a mess and then just close the door. Sometimes I’ll stitch while watching tv with my husband in the evenings and then once warmer weather hits and I can be outside during the day with the kids, I will work on the back deck while they play.

Confession: I did tidy up this space slightly before I took this photo as I had things on the desk and bulletin board that I didn’t want people to be able to read/see if they zoomed in. But it rarely stays like this while I’m in the middle of a project lol. And that pile under the desk is a good representative of what the other side of my office looks like (ie: a dumping ground for stuff 😆).
