I bought my first light from them a few years ago to help prevent headaches while I stitched, and immediately fell in love (I now have three!) Part of their new wellness series, the light has been shown to kill potentially harmful bacteria, and significantly reduces eyestrain.
This desk lamp also includes a USB plug in, which I use when I stitch off pictures on my phone or iPad. As close to natural light as you can get, behind (rather above) every one of my hoop flatlays is a bright Ottlite! It has three daylight brightness settings and can even be used on plants.
