oVertone GLOWSSS 😍✨ Most oVertone colors glow under blacklight! Wondering if yours will fluoresce? Colors that glow the brightest are greens, pinks, and reds. Teals and blues also glow, much stronger the paler your shade is (Pastels will glow brighter than Extremes). Keep in mind that you need a very light base under your color for it to glow! Darker natural hair pigments prevent the glow, so Vibrant Red over platinum blonde will glow, but Vibrant Red over brown won't. (Sorry, brunettes!!) .
